How to use our 10% Organic CBD Oil
The ideal dose is 1 drop per 5 kg of body weight (i.e. 5 drops for a 50 kg person) directly under the tongue.
Allow to absorb for at least 30 seconds before swallowing.
Repeat up to 3 times a day if necessary.

How to consume my 10% CBD oil?
10% CBD oil from Maison Sativa contains 5 mg of CBD per drop.
As part of the management of pain we recommend 1 drop for every 5 kg of body weight per dose, to be repeated up to 3 times a day.
Practical case: for a person weighing 50kg, 10 drops per dose.
To combat anxiety it is generally necessary to take fewer drops, we recommend starting with 20 mg (4 drops) then gradually increasing to the dose that suits you.
For the management of sleep disorders, we recommend not exceeding 20 mg at bedtime, i.e. 4 drops, to be repeated in the event of nocturnal awakening.
